ABOUT HEATHER MENZPhD, BA Archaeology (Anthropology)Heather is a historian and archaeologist with a PhD from the State University of New York at Buffalo in Anthropology with a focus in European Archaeology. Her research spans from the Iron Age to Post-Modern era in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Beyond her scholarly pursuits, she's an avid painter, drawer, and writer of fiction. She also shares her passion by teaching history at historic sites and living history events. She’s particularly fascinated by Early Medieval to 19th-century transformations and colonialism.
