ABOUT LACHLAN PETERSBA International Studies, Honours in Genocide StudiesLachlan Peters is a graduate of Monash University, Melbourne. He majored in international studies, history and genocide studies. He has worked at the Documentation Centre of Cambodia Genocide Education Program and is writing his first book on the leader of the Khmer Rouge. He is the creator of the podcast “In the Shadows of Utopia”, which details the rise and fall of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia.
