Rumaysa has studied Philosophy and Literary-Cultural Analysis with a minor in Politics at the University of Amsterdam. She has a keen interest in philosophy and culture, a field in which she pursues writing, along with experimental fiction. Besides writing and reading, she is passionate about theology, history, films, especially underground cult films, world literature, psychoanalysis, and cybernetics. Her work and research show her enthusiasm for these disciplines, as she works through various interdisciplinary projects.
